So I recently watched a video (and by recent I mean several months ago...seems recent) on how meat, poultry, eggs, dairy etc products actually get to the supermarket. Now...I know it was bad...I hadn't known it was THAT bad. I almost vomited on my keyboard. I haven't had any animal products since...and the more I research it, the more sense it seems to make to become vegan/vegetarian, whatever, I'm still not clear on what either one really means (I mean, I know the basics but...)
